This workshop is for pregnant and newly parenting couples. This program welcomes all family structures and cultural backgrounds and is LGBTQ+ affirming.

You may benefit from the preparation this workshop provides at any stage of your pregnancy. If you have an infant or toddler ages 0-3, this workshop may help you form strategies to increase the quality of your couple relationship. Even if you are trying to conceive, this workshop provides helpful strategies to prepare for the transition to parenthood.

Yes, the workshop is based on research and shown to improve the quality of the couple relationship across several areas.

The fee for this 12 hour workshop is $250 per couple. As this is an informational and educational program and not psychotherapy, this workshop cannot be covered by your health insurance. If you are an Amazon or Microsoft employee, check with your employer about reimbursement for this program.

Digital materials need to be purchased directly through the Gottman Institute website for an additional fee of $49. This link will be provided upon registration.

Pre-crawling infants and babes in arms are welcome. If your child is crawling and beyond, please arrange for childcare.

If you need to reschedule after registering and provide two weeks notice before your original workshop date, I am happy to apply your registration fee to another workshop I provide within one year of your original workshop date plus a $50 administration fee. I do not issue refunds due to the limited number of spaces in the workshops.
